Thursday Jack and I went to the Warner Bros. Harry Potter Studio Tour and it was the happiest day of my life.
The HP Fandom has a special place in my heart. Those books were my entire world, and the only time I could watch The Deathly Hallows pt. 2 was at the midnight premiere because I can’t stand the thought of it ending in front of me again.
This past week I’ve been lucky enough to be both where it began (Elephant House, Edinburgh) and now where it ended. I honestly have no words to describe how incredible and emotional it was to be there, and while pictures do not suffice, they do follow.
(WARNING: tour spoilers ahead!!! Not many, but still enough)
Showing some of the original packages from the first film!
Trying Butterbeer for the first time. As you can tell from my reaction, I could not get enough!! I started crying in this last one because I was so happy. (One of four times I lost it on the tour…) Please try it as soon as you can because oh my word I could use an IV of it.
The Night Bus! So big. So purple. All Destinations (Nothing Underwater)
We then ventured into Diagon Alley…and saw more animals! We were lucky enough to go during the ONE week of the year they have the animal actors. We met many of the mains including: Fang, Hedwig, and Trevor. I did not put all of the photos in here, but trust me, Fang is even cuter in person.
